Meet Mrs. Reinhart
I am so excited to be your teacher this year! It is going to be a year filled with fun new learning opportunities, teamwork and new friendships. I can't wait to get to know each of you and your families too! The first day of school will be here soon!
I want to tell you a little bit about myself. This is my thirteenth year of teaching. I have always taught second and third grade. Before teaching at Bemis, I spent 6 years teaching in Ohio. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education from Ohio University as well as a Reading Specialist Endorsement. From there I continued my education at the University of Dayton where I obtained my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership.
When I am not teaching I love to be with my family. Last year was a very exciting year for us because Mr. Reinhart and I welcomed our first baby girl into the world. Her name is Clara. She is a very smiley baby who is on the move! She keeps us laughing and on our toes. Also we have a furry member of our family, our 2 year old Saint Bernard named Klaus. He is a big teddy bear and is little Clara's very best buddy. This year you will hear plenty of stories about both of them.
I can't wait to meet you and hope you are as excited for the first day of school as I am!!

Meet Mrs. Pawlus
I am so happy to be your third grade teacher! I can not wait to get to know you and your families this year! This year is going to be a memorable one. Mrs. Reinhart and I have so many fun things in store for you. From projects to field trips we promise this year will be a blast!
As a new teacher to Bemis this year, I want to share a little bit about myself. I have been teaching for 10 years. This is my fourth year in Troy and before that I spent six years teaching in West Bloomfield. I have taught third and fifth grade and spent two years working in the curriculum department as a teaching and learning leader or instructional coach. I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and went on to receive my Master's Degree and Educational Specialist Degree from Oakland University in Educational Leadership.
What do I do when I'm not teaching? Great question! I spend most of my free time with Mr. Pawlus and our two beautiful children Olivia (3) and Greyson (4 months). Not only do they keep me busy they keep me laughing all the time. I'm sure I will share tons of stories with you and that you will meet them both this year. We also have a dog, our "third child", his name is Hamilton, he is a Yorkie and very naughty! Olivia loves chasing him around the house and dressing him up in her tutus.
I can't wait to learn about you and your families! This year is going to be a great one!
